Ahmad, and since his childhood he had in his heart a great love for cooking, it was his hobby from childhood, and he grew up with it in the prime of youth, to start his career with it, at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts an affiliate of les roches Switzerland, which is considered one of the best academies in the world in this field, surrounded by the support of his father and mother, for their absolute belief in his skills that will lead him to stardom, and the realization of his dreams. In details; When Ahmad talked about his career, he said: “I became more and more passionate about cooking and managing restaurants and hotels during the years of study. The instructors at the academy were international chefs, who had a big footprint in my career and an important reason for my ambition to reach the world.” Ahmad started his work with his love and passion in a restaurant in the capital Amman, until he started working on developing the menu and the items offered in the restaurant, which earned him more experience and knowledge and the acceptance of others for his taste and sense of cooking, then he moved to work in a famous hotel in the capital, Amman, He began working in the field of hospitality consultation, developing and assisting restaurants, and contributing to the development of feasible plans that achieve profit, and provide the best services to customers. After that, while striving and continuing to achieve his dream, Ahmad traveled to the United States of America, to start a new journey in his life. He began training at the SLS Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, at the restaurant of the famous two Michelin star Spanish chef José Andrés, He continued, "I started from this restaurant by proving my abilities, love and passion for the culinary world, especially molecular gastronomy. From the beginning, the Turkish Chef de cuisine in the restaurant Orhun Gorsen and the Executive Sous Chef Laura Arrojo from Spain, were among the supporters of talent and a main reason for my passion and determination to continue to reach my goals." Ahmad , A Jordanian young man of receptive age, was able to work with seriousness and passion, to achieve his ambition, stressing that nothing stands in the way of achieving dreams and ambition to represent yourself and your country globally.
