أمنية ضمن أفضل أماكن العمل في الأردن لعام 2026 لقطاع الاتصالات
كشفت مؤسسة ®Great Place to Work (أفضل بيئة عمل) وهي المرجع العالمي في ثقافة بيئة العمل، عن "أفضل أماكن العمل في الأردن لعام 2026"، والتي ضمّت مجموعة من المؤسسات الرائدة التي نجحت في بناء بيئات عمل قائمة على الثقة وتعزيز الأداء المؤسسي.
وقد شغلت شركة أمنية إحدى شركات Beyon المركز الثالث ضمن فئة الشركات الكبرى التي تضم المؤسسات التي يزيد عدد موظفيها عن 200 موظف، وبذات التصنيف فقد كانت الأفضل في قطاع الاتصالات متقدمة على شركات الاتصالات المشاركة.
وجاء تصنيف أمنية استناداً إلى تقييم مستقل وشامل لثقافة بيئة العمل داخل الشركة، شمل مستويات الثقة بين الموظفين والإدارة، وممارسات القيادة، وفرص التطوير المهني، إضافة إلى مدى شمولية البيئة المؤسسية وتعزيزها لروح التعاون والانتماء. وأظهرت النتائج تميز أمنية في بناء بيئة عمل محفزة تدعم الابتكار وتتيح للموظفين المساهمة بفاعلية في تحقيق أهداف الشركة ونموها المستدام.
ويعكس إدراج أمنية ضمن هذه القائمة تركيزها المستمر على تطوير تجربة الموظفين وترسيخ ثقافة مؤسسية تقوم على التمكين والعمل الجماعي، بما يعزز قدرتها على استقطاب الكفاءات والحفاظ عليها، ودعم أدائها في سوق الاتصالات في المملكة.

Umniah Ranked Among Jordan’s Best Workplaces for 2026 and in the Telecommunications Sector
Great Place To Work®, has announced the "Best Workplaces in Jordan 2026,” recognizing organizations that have built high-trust environments and strong people-focused cultures.
Umniah by Beyon ranked third in the large companies’ category, which includes organizations with more than 200 employees. Within this category, Umniah was also recognized as the top company among participating telecommunications companies.
