العلوم التطبيقية تسجل دخولها الأول في تصنيف شانغهاي العالمي للتخصصات الأكاديمية محققة بذلك لقب أول جامعة خاصة تدخل في التصنيفات الثلاثة مجتمعةً (QS, THE and Shanghai) الأعرق والأشهر عالمياً...
وحسب نتائج تصنيف شانغهاي للتخصصات الأكاديمية الصادرة لعام 2025، حققت الجامعة دخولها الأول و تصدرها للجامعات الأردنية في تخصص الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية بترتيب 401-500 وتخصص الذكاء الاصطناعي بترتيب 301-400 على مستوى العالم. ويأتي هذا الإنجاز تعزيزاً لما حققته الجامعة في تصنيف التايمز للتخصصات الأكاديمية لعام 2025 حيث كانت الجامعة قد حققت المرتبة الأولى على كافة الجامعات الأردنية في تخصصات الهندسة بشكل عام وبالتحديد تخصصات الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الكهربائية، وهندسة الميكانيك، بترتيب 401-500.
وتؤكد هذه النتائج المكانة الأكاديمية لجامعة العلوم التطبيقية الخاصة، والتي تواصل ترسيخ حضورها الدولي من خلال إنتاج بحثي مؤثّر وشراكات عالمية نوعية، إلى جانب الاستثمار المستمر في الكوادر العلمية والبنية التحتية البحثية. هذا التقدم في ثلاثة من أهم التصنيفات العالمية مجتمعة يعكس رؤية الجامعة في أن تكون مركزًا إقليميًا للتميّز، ومؤسسة تعليمية قادرة على المنافسة عالميًا، وتقديم مخرجات تعليمية وبحثية تواكب التطور العلمي وتسهم في صناعة المستقبل.
Applied Science University marks its first entry into the Shanghai Global Ranking of Academic Subjects, becoming the first private university in Jordan to appear simultaneously in the three prestigious global rankings: QS, THE, and Shanghai.
According to the 2025 results of the Shanghai Ranking of Academic Subjects, the University achieved its first-ever entry and ranked first among Jordanian universities in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (401–500) and Artificial Intelligence (301–400) worldwide.
This accomplishment supports the university’s leading performance in the 2025 Times Higher Education Subject Rankings, in which it secured first place among all Jordanian universities in Engineering disciplines—particularly in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering—ranking 401–500 globally.
These results reaffirm the academic standing of Applied Science Private University, which continues to expand its international presence through impactful research output and high-quality global partnerships, in addition to ongoing investment in scientific talent and advanced research infrastructure.
