تعلن شركة حمودة للصناعات الغذائية أن الشركاء فيها قد قاموا بتاريخ 6/10/2024 بتوقيع اتفاقية لبيع حصصهم في الشركة إلى شركة طيبة للاستثمار وتصنيع الأغذية المتطورة، المملوكة من قبل شركة المراعي السعودية.

يأتي هذا الاتفاق في إطار التزامنا المستمر بتطوير أعمالنا وتقديم أفضل المنتجات للسوق الأردنية، بما يتماشى مع مصلحة الاقتصاد الوطني واحتياجات المستهلكين.

نود التنويه بأن إتمام الصفقة يخضع لاستيفاء بعض الشروط والأحكام التي سيعمل الطرفان على تحقيقها خلال الفترة المقبلة.

وتطمئن شركة حمودة للصناعات الغذائية مورديها وعملاءها وموظفيها بأن العمليات ستستمر كالمعتاد، مع الحفاظ على جودة خدماتها ومنتجاتها حتى اكتمال شروط الصفقة وتحويل الحصص إلى شركة طيبة التي تحظى باحترام واسع في السوق الأردنية.

Hammoudeh Food Industries announces a significant development regarding its ownership structure. On 6th October 2024, our shareholders signed an agreement to sell their shares in the company to Teeba Investment and Advanced Food Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Almarai Company.

This agreement is part of our commitment to enhancing our business and delivering high-quality products to the Jordanian market, supporting the national economy and meeting consumer needs.

The completion of this transaction is on track as both parties work diligently to fulfill the standard terms and conditions typical of such agreements.

We assure our valued suppliers, customers, and employees that all operations will continue seamlessly during this transition. We remain dedicated to maintaining the quality of our services and products until the terms of the transaction are fulfilled and the shares are officially transferred to Teeba Investment and Advanced Food Manufacturing Company, which is highly regarded in the Jordanian market.
